The Tampa Collection is a curated portfolio of premium vacation homes and condos across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and all of the barrier islands. Every rental of ours is an experience for our guests, from the moment they first contact us to after checkout. Unlike most companies, we intentionally maintain a boutique portfolio to ensure we can always provide the luxury, stress-free experience our guests deserve.

  • What is the cleaning fee?

    Before every stay, our cleaning team thoroughly cleans and stages every single unit. We still follow Covid protocols, ensuring the most comprehensive cleaning and sanitization for our guests safety and comfort. 

  • What supplies are provided?

    Every stay comes with towels, linens, toiletries, soaps, and complimentary waters and snacks. Most units are stocked for a stay of 3-5 nights. Additional supplies are available conditionally and upon request!

  • What happens if I have an issue?

    Our guest experience team is available 24/7. You never get a robot or call center. And every issue is immediately shared and viewed by all team members, including cleaning and maintenance.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    All reservations are fully refundable up and until 30 days prior to arrival. After that, they are 50% refundable up and until 14 days prior to arrival on direct bookings only. Channel bookings are only refundable up to 30 days. After 14 days, only the cleaning fee will be refunded if you cancel prior to check-in.

Wonderful location. Beautiful condo. Perfect amount of space for me and my girlfriend. Loved the community. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to others! Great host. Super nice and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! The view from the apartment is super nice. The space itself is cozy, beautifully maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

I flew in from Australia, Tampa collection have been so accommodating and helpful. Super responsive. The place is beautiful! Just like the pictures. I loved my stay, waking to the stunning sunrise and sitting on my balcony to watch the sunset. The place had everything I needed for cooking. Super comfy bed and couch. I highly recommend.
